Picnics and Sunshine

All the best one and all for this Sunday's Celebration Day. Sorry I won't be there. The sun will shine, big songs will be sung and  good times will be had.

The sun is going to shine on Sunday 20th May, all afternoon....it's a fact! So come along to the Parish Grouping Big Picnic in Botanic Gardens - gathering near the Kibble Palace with your favourite sandwiches, flasks of tea and cream buns. There will be games for the children, along with crisps and juice. We hope to round off the afternoon with a bit of a 'Songs of Praise'. Put names to faces and have a relaxing time with folk from churches other than your own.This is also your chance to pick up the unique and much sought after Parish Grouping Teatowel, with some great art work by the children, the sale of which will raise money for our latest Christian Aid Partnership Project.No point staying at home when the sun is shining....! (If, by any chance it is pouring with rain we will picnic etc in Kelvinside Hillhead Church)

There will be a meeting of the Parish Grouping Council on Wed 9th May at 7:30pm at St John's-Renfield Church.
